J'aurais préféré mettre une autre

J'aurais préféré mettre une autre notre mais l'article commandé le 28 novembre ne m'est toujours pas parvenu en ce 14 décembre. Un livreur aurait tenté d'effectuer une livraison un jour où j'étais à la maison, mais sans même prendre la peine de sonner à la porte. Le gardien aurait refusé le colis car mal emballé et complètement ouvert. Le livreur a donc décrété que j'avais demandé un retour à l'expéditeur ce qui n'était pas le cas. Et malgré multiples mails, messages messenger, ou appels (bon courage pour les joindre) je n'ai toujours pas ni l'article, ni mon argent. Après 5 appels j'ai réussi à les joindre une seule fois en allemand / anglais : on devait me rappeler il y a maintenant 6 jours. J'ai fini par recevoir une ébauche de prise en charge de ma demande le 11/12 à laquelle j'ai instantanément répondu puis plus rien.

It's been more than a month since I ordered the jacket and I didn't received it. I asked for a refund and I had no answer. What kind of company is this?
