Hip Sling as a clip:
Find the midpoint of your Fidella baby wrap.
Arrange it properly and position it in the middle on your shoulder.
Grab behind your back.
Take the strand in front of your breast.
Throw the front strand over your shoulder to your back.
So, you get a loop…
…on the height of your collarbone.
Tie both straps with a loose knot on hip height.
After that, shape the pouch.
Bring your baby into play: Let it slide over your shoulder into the pouch, feet first.
Fan out the fabric of the pouch across the baby’s back right up to its ears.
Bring your baby into the anatomically correct spread-squat position: Pull the rest of the fabric under the baby`s bottom between your two bodies.
Grasp the loose knot underneath your baby’s bum and pull the strands until they are tight.
Tighten the fabric under the loop strand by strand, starting from the top edge. Grab the fabric a few times and work your way under tension to the bottom side .
Tie the strands tightly under the baby’s bum again.
If needed, you can fan out the shoulder strand fabric over your shoulder.
Bring your baby into the anatomically correct spread-squat position by gently pushing its legs upwards.
