Create a pouch around your child. Hold both strands on chest height close to it.
Secure your child on your forearm. Its legs face forward, the strands to the other side.
Bring your child over your shoulder onto your back.
Bend forward and split the strands. Slip with your head through the inner one.
Arrange the fabric and secure that the inner edge runs at the neck, the outer edge should run underneath the bottom of your child.
Create the strap while pushing the fabric between the legs of your child (spread-squat-position).
Tighten both strands one by one.
Slip through the longer strand and tighten it again.
Now, one strand runs horizontal underneath your armpit and creates the chest pass. The pass runs across the strand fixed before.
