Step-by-step:

Text

Step 1

Find the midpoint of your wrap.

Step 2

Create a pouch around your child and hold the strands on chest height of it.

Step 3

Let your baby slide across your hip to your back.

Step 4

Create the strap between the knees by pushing the fabric between the legs of your child (spread-squat-position).

Step 5

One strand runs diagonally over your shoulder, the other one underneath your armpit.

Step 6

Bring the fabric underneath the leg of your child back to your front.

Step 7

Fix the strand, coming from your shoulder, between your knees. Bring the strand underneath your armpit around your hip (underneath the other strand) and to your front.

Step 8

The strand must be underneath the leg of your child!

Step 9

Fan out the fabric diagonally across the back of your child.

Step 10

Tighten both strands, running over your shoulders, strand by strand.

Step 11

Now, fix the other strand between your knees. Bring the first strand underneath your armpit and tighten it.

Step 12

Hold the strand under tension.

Step 13

Bring the strand, creating the chest pass, to the other side of your body, underneath the second strand.

Step 14

Fan out this third layer diagonally across the back of your child, too and bring it back over your shoulder.

Step 15

Thread both strands through a large Sling Ring.

Step 16

Grab the hip belt and thread it through the ring as well.
