Happily we will send you our special rates for babywearing consultants and retailers.
Please create an account and choose Are you a retailer/carry consultant/diaper consultant?.
We will check your request and activate your account for orders in our online shop.
Please note: as a carry consultant you can only receive special rates for demonstration models!
The activation is a four step process:
2. Confirmation of registration
After creating your account you will receive a confirmation within one workday.
You will not have any special rates right now!
Within the next workday we will review your data and activate you for special rates and conditions.
In total the process will take two workdays and you will receive another confirmation E-Mail afterwards.
We only accept orders through our online store.
Please place your order directly in our online store, where you will be guided through the ordering process quickly.
Please add your preferred quantity of products to the basket and click "Continue to your order". If you do not have a customer account, please use the button "Create new customer account" and insert your personal data. Required fields are marked (*).
During the next two steps you can choose your shipping and payment options. Afterwards you can check your order again. If you want to leave a note you can use the text field in the last step of the ordering process.
After completing your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you choose bank transfer as payment option this mail will include our account details. If you have chosen another payment option you will be forwarded to the selected payment service provider to perform your payment.
If you do not receive the order confirmation mail, please check your spam folder and the used e-mail address.
After completing the ordering process you will receive an e-mail confirmation including an overview of the ordered products, invoice address, delivery address and payment details. There will also be an E-mail confirmation for the receipt of payment and the shipment of your order so you are always informed about the order status. If you do not receive the confirmation mails, please check your spam folder and the used E-mail address.
Additionally you can log into your account where you can find information regarding your order, the payment and shipping status.
If you choose bank transfer as payment option, you will receive a confirmation mail including our account details. Please use your order number and last name/company name as reference to allow for easy allocation. If you do not receive the order confirmation mail, please check your spam folder and the used E-mail address.
When paying by payment service provider like PayPal and Sofortüberweisung.de, please login to your customer account, open the detailed view of your order and click "Pay now". You will be forwarded to the selected payment service provider to perform your payment.
Please note, later payments by "credit card" and payments "on invoice" or by "direct debit" are not possible later and can only be done during the ordering process. In such cases please use bank transfer for your payment.
Available item (on stock) are always shipped on the workday after the receipt of payment. For the receipt of payment you will receive an E-mail confirmation.
For preorder items you can see the shipping date on the product page and in your order confirmation.
When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking details. Additionally you can log into your account where you can find information regarding your order, the payment and shipping status.
If you do not receive the order confirmation E-mail, please check your spam folder and the used E-mail address.
A direct modification of an order, e.g. of the product choice, after the deal of ordering sth. in our online store is impossible.
If you want to order more products, please start a new order process. Here, you have the possibility to leave a message in the annotations, that you would like to have all products shipped together.
If you want to withdraw from the purchase contract, please cancel your order. Please pay attention to the fact, that we only can cancel entire orders. Already paid amounts will be refunded.
A cancellation of your order is only possible, if the order has not been handed over to the shippping services. Once in the delivery process and on the transport
a cancellation is not possible anymore.
Please be aware that the package might already be in the delivery process before you have received a shipping notification and in this case it is also not possible to
stop the process anymore.

Therefore we kindly ask you to fill out the following form, so we can process your request.
Please send us a description of the malfunction and how it occured and upload a picture of the batchlabel, which can be found below the washing instructions (on baby carriers, wraps and slings) together with a picture of the occuring malfuction.
But for best fitting we do recommend to use the Fusion carrier from 3 month.
The infinite adjustability allows settings for very small babys. However, due to the width of the backpanel it would not fit optimally to a newborn.
For newborns please try our FlyTai Babysize.
You can adjust the bridge just a bit wider to alleviate the pressure. Alternatively, if your baby is still small and you have to adjust the backpanel to a very small size, it might be better to use our FlyTai Baby Size first. The FlyTai Baby Size has padded leg openings.
